The trick here is that upward sloping top tubes allow for a far greater range in seat tube adjustability - if you want to slam the stem and ride really aggressive saddle-bar drop, you can size a bit down, jack up the seatpost, and you'll be fine. I like the triple-butted aluminum construction of these frames, though I would probably need to upgrade the fork to carbon fiber to reduce the harshness of the ride.
